Refund Policy

Our refund policy is via Store Credit. The Store Credit can be used for any item(s) at any time.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund..

The items eligible for refund must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all labels attached to the product, and its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of your purchase.

Starting a return process

Please contact us at [email protected] including the order number and the reason for the return, as well as receipt or proof of purchase. After that, we will send you an email with all steps to follow to complete the refund process.

We will notify you via email when the package is received. After reviewing and if approved, we will refund you the store credit within 10-15 business days. 

The costs of handling and shipping are the customers’ responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.

Please Note: We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to still return your item(s) by mail (if not satisfied product) in accordance with our Refund Policy. 

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be refunded such as:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized item(s).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases.­

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on discount item(s) or gift cards.
